Custom medical packaging cards also known as die-cut inserts, pouch cards, or backer cards, are used to securely hold single or multiple surgical instruments and other devices in an organized and stable position. PLITEK® manufactures a variety of packaging / backer cards for many medical applications. Utilizing ISO Class 8 clean room film extrusion and converting capabilities, we can manufacture small prototype quantities all the way to high volume.
